Saatchi culture lives passion in its true sense. While people at Saatchi are extremely passionate about their work, so is the agency about its people. Not only it allows its people to pursue their hobbies but also encourages them to go the extra mile and achieve the desired goals. In the recently concluded WFJ (World Federation Jiu Jitsu) in India, Jaikishan Menon, AVP at Saatchi, Mumbai won Gold in the 55-60 weight category.

Talking about his achievement, Jaikishan Menon, AVP, Saatchi & Saatchi – Mumbai said, "When I walked in Saatchi I saw some seriously passionate people. There were poets, photographers, potters, and jewelry designers. I could instantly make a connection with this bunch of passionate people who loved advertising and loved life. I share the same passion for Jiu - Jitsu, and thanks to the Saatchi culture, we work in a way that allows us to pursue our passion. I was training for the tournament for over 2 months. The last month was quite intensive, but thanks to my team support and encouragement I could prepare well."

"Also, I am really grateful to my instructor, Shihan V Dev Anand for giving us this opportunity, and my coach for pushing me really hard and having full confidence in me despite my own doubts.” Menon added.
