Jajabor Brand Consultancy aims to expand in US & Singapore by 2023 end

Jajabor Brand Consultancy (JBC), one of India’s fastest-growing independent PR & Brand Communication agencies, today announced a series of expansion initiatives including onboarding Vineet Recriwal as Chief Operating Officer. Since its inception in 2017, the bootstrapped company has worked with 200+ brands across leading startups, VCs, think tanks & brands across 50+ verticals and has scaled to a team size of 50+ people across markets. Built with the mission of using communication to help businesses meet their goals, their work has helped companies raise funds, hire top talent, build new categories, scale products, deploy capital & enable policies. This core mission has seen the company grow 120 % y-o-y expanding across verticals & markets including the highest spike of growth during the pandemic when brands became more conscious about working with business-metric moving agencies. Additionally, fuelled by demand across markets (JBC has previously worked on US, Japan, Singapore & UK-based mandates), the company today  announced foraying into two new markets- Singapore & the United States by the end of 2023. 

The focus here would be to work on 360-degree communication mandates for companies looking for strategic counsel globally & foray into the Indian market. With this expansion, the company aims to transcend its proprietary growth-hacking and business metric moving framework to global brands and startups. Led by Founder & CEO - Upasna Dash, JBC innovates at the intersection of Public Relations, Brand Building, Content Strategy, Viral Loops & Integrated Marketing.

In line with its plans to push the boundaries of creative storytelling for a global audience, JBC has brought on board Vineet Recriwal as Chief Operating Officer. Led by Founder & CEO Upasna Dash, Vineet joins JBC's extremely driven and innovative C-suite, which includes senior leaders Malavikka Sharma, D2C Business Head (ex OYO and Genesis BCW), Prabhjote Gill, Web3 Lead (ex Crypto Editor at Business Insider), and Ritika Sidhwani, Impact and Investment Business Head (ex Snapdeal and Weber Shandwick). The team today consists of 50+ people from diverse backgrounds including lawyers, academicians, marketing ninjas, public policy, and more. While Upasna’s focus will be on the growth, and expansion of verticals & markets, Vineet will lead all operations along with the C-suite of business unit heads.

Vineet, who relocated from Singapore, after his four-year stint with the Omnicom PR Group (OPRG), brings over 11 years of experience in conceptualizing and implementing corporate, brand, consumer PR, partnerships, digital advocacy narratives, and strategies for a vibrant portfolio of companies. At JBC, Vineet will be leading operations, scale, retention with a special focus on, leading digital-first initiatives, transforming performance and talent management, and business retention, to expand JBC’s operations. Vineet’s cross-cultural market expertise, track record of award-winning mandates & and deep-rooted network across markets are in line with the company’s vision of attracting & scaling industry best talent.

At the Omnicom PR Group Singapore, Vineet has served in different roles since 2018. Prior to his stint at the OPRG, Vineet served as an Associate Partner at Genesis Cohn & Wolfe for close to seven years, post-starting his career with Weber Shandwick. He graduated from Delhi University in Commerce and completed his post-graduation in Advertising & Public Relations - from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), Delhi.
