JK Business School (JKBS) Announces A New Brand Identity

Walking hand-in-hand with the recently introduced National Education Policy 2020 and Outcome based Education System; JK Business School (JKBS) too, is off to a fresh start. The education institute has recently undergone a makeover and introduced a new brand identity, modified their teaching and learning pedagogy to 'blended learning' and ensured physical branding of their classrooms and premises as per the COVID-19 protocols.

The ideation and formation of the new brand identity represents the leadership quality of JK Business School (JKBS). Hence, the management decided to tread upon the typography approach, such that each letter stands out independently and confidently. As the education institution is entity of the parent ‘JK organisation,’ the letters ‘BS’ of Business School have been merged into the lineage of ‘JK.’  To symbolise the quality education the institute imparts, the letter ‘K’ of JKBS has been carefully crafted with a forward looking edgy appearance and also bears similarity to a book. This logo is the blend of colours - ‘Blue’ to highlight confidence, stability, inspiration and wisdom; while the colour ‘white’ reflects safety, purity and cleanliness. The adage ‘Learn, Innovate, Excel’ is signifying that JKBS provides quality education and inspires the aspiring talents by establishing and valuing the innovative teaching methodologies.

Speaking on the new brand identity, Prof (Dr.) Sanjiv Marwah, Director, JK Business School said, JKBS has always believed in reinventing the wheel and providing relevant and transformative education. We are confident that the new brand identity will truly complement our vision of developing the right talent who can lead the next wave of national development and help students to work in a global environment that would allow them to lead in a borderless global society.”

Along with revamping its identity JKBS has also modified the teaching and learning pedagogy to 'blended learning' and its physical branding of classrooms and premises as per the COVID-19 protocols. As the pandemic hit the global education sector, JKBS was quick to adopt Google G- suite to ensure that students don't miss a single class of their ongoing trimester. Continuing with its belief in quality education, the education institute is providing an environment that nurtures students and enables them to focus on learning through digital mode.

Dr. Marwah further added, “JKBS has always believed in offering holistic development to its students in any given circumstances. Hence, ‘blended learning’ was an area we quickly marched towards given the logistics and tech-enabled support we have and ensured education of our students should and would not face any interruptions.”
