Following the appointment of Deepika Warrier as Chief Marketing Officer, Diageo India, Julie Bramham, current CMO of Diageo India, has been elevated to Global Brand Director for Johnnie Walker, Diageo’s No. 1 brand globally. She will be based in Amsterdam.

During her tenure as CMO in India, Bramham had led the transformation of Diageo India's biggest brand McDowell’s No. 1 with the recently launched brand refresh. She also brought to life some key innovations for Diageo, including the launch of the Hipster packaging format, which makes premium Diageo’s scotch brands more accessible and engaging for a young affluent audience.

Couple of examples of noteworthy campaigns that Diageo India had launched under Bramham’s leadership include Johnnie Walker's The Travelling Billboard’, a cultural marketing campaign where the brand’s iconic Striding Man took a journey across some of the most unchartered and exotic locations in India. She also led the path breaking campaign Challenge Accepted for Royal Challenge that aimed at shattering boundaries that divide sport by gender.
