Jyoti Mahendru joins McCann Worldgroup as EVP - Human Resources

Jyoti Mahendru has come on board as Executive Vice President - Human Resources at McCann Worldgroup. Her last full time assignment was with Bharti Walmart India as VP - People, post which she got into the consulting practice. After being independent for a while, she joined KNAV International as Practice Director– HR solutions, setting up their HR consulting vertical. 

Mahendru has around 20 years of work experience in corporate and consulting environment. She has worked on the entire HR framework, including best practices with regards to culture management, talent acquisition, talent management, engagement and performance management.  

Announcing Jyoti Mahendru’s appointment, Prasoon Joshi, Chairman APAC and CEO & Chief Creative Officer, McCann Worldgroup India, said, “Jyoti will add more value to our organisation. She has vast and varied experience and also an understanding and sensitivity towards a people driven culture.”
