Kaizzen appoints Abhishek Kumar Dikshit as Director of Business Development

Kaizzen has appointed Abhishek Kumar Dikshit as Director of Business Development. He led the team that won gold in ET Brand Equity Kaleido awards 2020 in the crisis/reputation management category. Dikshit is a senior communications leader, with expertise in reputation management, public relations, digital & social media management, executive branding and leadership communication, advocacy, crisis communication, and corporate brand communication.

Also, he is a strategist-cum-implementer with recognised proficiency in spearheading business communications to accomplish corporate plans and goals. He is excellent at drawing a well-thought communication and branding strategy, while ensuring quick turnaround on a new campaign from concept to execution while keeping it multi-experiential.

Dikshit joined in October 2021 as the director of business development. Prior to that he was working with PR Professionals as the vice president his role was to accelerate new business development and client onboarding, manage client servicing matrix, and client leadership engagement, etc. In addition to it, he is adept at drafting and implementing a tactical content strategy to drive communication across multiple media including sales collateral, presentations, direct e-mails, website, social media, MICE, video, whitepapers & case studies, and others.

Before joining Kaizzen, he has diverse industry experience including - IT, education, real estate, automobile, consumer electronics, telecom, FMCG, etc. He also has demonstrated expertise in formulating and executing the communications strategy for multiple stakeholder outreach on critical announcements.
