Karan Grover packs his bags to visit America

Taking a break from the shooting schedules is unheard off in the Television Industry but some lucky ones do plan in advance and make the most of it. Karan Grover who plays the eponymous character in Zee TV's Yahaaan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli is very excited to go to US for ten days and attend his cousin's wedding. When contacted Karan said, "I had planned this holiday months earlier. Mine is very close knit family and since childhood, I have been very close to my cousins. I am really looking forward to attending my cousin's wedding as seldom do I get a chance to catch up with my family members due to hectic shooting schedules."

Actors of daily soaps have a choc-a-block schedule with shoots ranging for 14-16 hours a day. The producers of Yahan Main Ghar Ghar Kheli's Rajshree Productions have had a tough time making arrangements in the shooting schedule due to the incessant rains this week which hampered production of an outdoor shoot. But Karan's holiday is not causing them any concern. A source from the production house said, "Karan had informed us 6 months in advance that he will be leaving for America and hence we have created a bank of episodes of his appearances in advance." Further, the source added, "There were some last minute changes in the script and Karan had to shoot for 38 hours continuously so that continuity would be maintained while he was away. He was very co- operative."
