Kawal Shoor and Navin Talreja move on from Ogilvy and Mather

Kawal Shoor, National Planning Director and Navin Talreja President, Mumbai and Kolkata, Ogilvy and Mather have recently put down their papers. A senior member close to the development confirmed the news with us.

Earlier this year, Ogilvy rearranged their senior management and promoted Kunal Jeswani as the CEO, Hufrish Birdy as the CFO, and Kawal Shoor as National Planning Director at Ogilvy & Mather India. Hephzibah Pathak assumed a new role of Global Clients' Director and Navin Talreja was added to the board of Directors.

Shoor who has been providing strategic counsel to its clients, Cadbury, Tata Sky, ITC and Ceat has not only been with Ogilvy for a decade but has nurtured the growth and effectiveness of the strong planning team.

Prior to Ogilvy, Talreja was working with YES Bank as the CMO. In 2008, he joined Ogilvy and has been with the agency since then he has been the managing partner and at his current position in Ogilvy.

Sources confirmed with us that, temporarily Kunal Jeswani will take over the leadership of Mumbai office. Hephzibah Pathak, the Global Brand Director will oversee all the global client relationships. Madhukar Sabnavis, Vice Chairman, will step in to support the national planning and thought leadership agenda.
