Keys Hotels Introduces Happy amenities for an enhanced experience

Keys Hotels, part of the $2 billion Los Angeles-based Berggruen Group, today announced a slew of exciting new initiatives to mark World Happiness Day.  Celebrated on March 20th every year, there’s no better day to capture the brand’s defining characteristics of warmth and happiness.

Keys has decided to appoint a special happiness officer in each of their properties. These specially appointed employees will elevate the personalised experience in line with the extended promise of “happy stays”.

At Keys, ‘Happy Stays’ are not just about the stay, it is about the experience. It is what the guest feels and what the guest takes back home when they check out. The happiness officer will ensure that every guest feels at home during the stay and leaves with happy memories.

Every piece of communication has a quirk that will not fail to bring that grin. Whether it’s the key card cover that is handed over saying “let the magic begin” to the key card that says “khul ja sim sim” to the coasters that say “mere sar pe rakh de” and so on. This also creates memorability for the brand thereby making Your Happy Stays an on ground reality.

The cherry on the top is that guests can enjoy a 30 percent discount on bookings at any of Keys’ properties during a four-day flash sale from 20th March to 23rd March, 2018 with stay period extended till end of 2018 without any black-out dates.

Roshan Uchil, Head of Operations, Berggruen Hotels said, “Our brand philosophy of ‘Your Happy Stays’ is based on making every stay a happy one without any exception. The real magic is in the way our employees deliver every experience with a smile. To infuse more real conversations, our quirky amenities act as great ice-breakers for the guests and the team. What a better day than ‘World Happiness Day’ to further reinforce our brand essence.

The International Day of Happiness is celebrated to emphasize the importance of increasing human happiness and wellbeing. Since 2013, the United Nations has been celebrating the International Day of Happiness as a way to recognize the importance of happiness in the lives of people around the world.
