Kinnect Appoints Vibha Sharma as VP - HR

Kinnect, India's leading digital marketing agency, has appointed Vibha Sharma as Vice President-HR, for its operations across India.

Kinnect has scaled up exponentially over the past few years and has grown at an accelerated pace to become a strong family of 350+ Kinnectors over Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. Adding Vibha to the team is a part of the agency's plans to implement long-term strategic talent acquisition and management goals fueling their next phase of growth.

Vibha’s prior stints include Vuclip, where she was Head - People and Culture, responsible for developing and executing organisational and talent strategies focused on building a robust culture. She has also led the organisational and cultural transformation at JWT, India, as the Director - HR. Her ancillary experience includes her working as a clinical psychologist for over two years.
