à  kodaAuto India records 51 % sales growth in January 2011

à  kodaAuto India, a fully owned subsidiary of à  kodaAuto a.s., Czech Republic and one of the most promising automobile companies in India, today announced a sales growth of 51 % for the month of January, 2011. à  kodaAuto India's total sales for January, 2011 stood at 2825 units against 1881 units in January 2010.

The credit for the outstanding performance goes to the newly launched à  koda Yeti and the new à  koda Fabia. The Yeti, launched in November 2010 had created tremendous excitement amongst auto enthusiasts.

Speaking on the achievement Thomas Kuehl, Board Member, Sales and Marketing, Ã  kodaAuto India said "2011 has started on a very positive note. Our sales increase of 51% is testimonial for our future growth plan in India. We are delighted with the customer response and the media response to our Yeti, which has won 8 awards, so far the most awarded SUV in the country.
