Lauren Graham crazy story about the time she froze

The endearing and talented actress, Lauren Graham star of the highly anticipated ‘Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life’ makes an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 @7 PM, only on Romedy NOW. Lauren chats about cryotherapy, a technique to freeze oneself in order to reduce inflammation and slow aging. Lauren also talks about how the ‘Gilmore Girls’ revival was one of the happiest times of her life and reveals how nervous she was because she couldn’t figure out what to wear for her first scene.

When Ellen asked her about freezing herself, she said, ‘Can’t you tell? I don’t know, but it seems like youth related thing to do. And athletes do it; I guess it’s supposed to reduce inflammation. But, it seemed like a fun way to spend a Saturday. So, I went to the place with my friend, and basically, first of all they take your blood pressure. Which don’t install confidence, you know what I mean, like you might faint or die, I guess, but if you look beautiful then who cares. So, then you put on these socks and these clogs, and they just keep telling you it’s from Europe , which always make me feel good about something. They are just like, Oh in Europe! they all do this, and Oh in Europe, this was invented, you’re like wow! I’m like from Europe. And you go in this chamber, and a voice counts you down. They are like one minute thirty second left, and like it’s the longest two minutes you have are spending, Oh! And they kept asking if you wanted a song or something. As if there is some song that helps you not be cold. And there wasn’t a song; I couldn’t think of what my freezing song, would be.’

To this, Ellen’s quick response was,’ Nelly’s, ‘It’s Getting Hot in Here’.
