Lifechart raises USD 200K Pre-seed funding from expert dojo & other angels

Lifechart, India's first digital alternative healthcare platform has raised USD 200K pre-seed funding from Expert Dojo and Nitish Mittersain founder of Nazara Technologies. It is the platform which aims to manage and reverse chronic diseases by creating a whole ecosystem of affordable, scalable and simple alternate healthcare solutions. Receiving a great response from the investors community, the pragmatic firm is on the verge of raising another $2mn in funding from reputed Indian & overseas investors by the next quarter.

The funding is aimed at expanding their business internationally and to create India's first Health Metaverse, as well as a few new categories of alternative healthcare products. Lifechart plans to go international in the next 3-4 months owing to a high demand for alternative healthcare solutions in the US and Japanese markets, alongside India. The company would be seen doubling up on their counselors, yoga & meditation experts leading to high revenue monthly growth which can reach a $1Mn ARR.

Diversifying their services and taking operations overseas, Lifechart, with the latest funding, will be able to offer new product lines to the customers such as interactive yoga and self meditation. It also enables the company to work on their most engaging feature, health meta, which can surely help Lifechart in redefining the healthcare industry by making it more appealing, intriguing, and sexy for end users.

"Alternate Healthcare is the need of the hour. With a very strong team of repeat founders, Lifechart is in the right space and I wish them all the best for their massive expansion plans," Mr. Nitish Mittersain, Founder of Nazara Technologies and the latest investor to join Lifechart opined.

Mr. Brian Mcmahon, Founder of Expert Dojo, said, "We are so pleased to have invested in Lifechart. This company has massive ambitions. It’s great to see them scale in this very important market segment. We love the mix of repeat founders and Unicorn path helping to cure a world that is very sick. We’re so excited to see them launching India's 1st health metaverse".

On this announcement, Mr. K.Sandeep, Co-founder LifeChart, said, "An anxious or depressed customer needs someone to vent out or talk to, with our health meta we would be connecting such users to peers and global community where they’ll make new friends. This will not only divert their minds from the problem to solution mode, but shall also help them to get advice from folks who are passing through the same phase. We are thankful to expert dojo and Nitish for believing in our vision".

Mansi Sharma, Co-founder from Lifechart, also expressed her views on the funding, “As we all are moving towards a sedentary lifestyle which is resulting in a sharp rise to chronic diseases, we see nearly half of the world population suffering from chronic diseases. And by 2025, this rate would rise to 60 percent. Our vision is to create an ecosystem of alternate healthcare solutions for the world which focuses on the root cause elimination of chronic diseases. We feel modern medications act as a short-term relief, but they can also facilitate life-long suffering and side effects. I am so grateful to expert dojo and specially to Nitish being our early believer and force behind our success".

Lifechart was founded by repeat founders who have multiple successful exit backgrounds. Their vision is to create an alternate healthcare ecosystem, where customers can get everything related to everyday wellness at a one-stop shop (diagnosis, cure, and wellness products). The company is on a mission of ‘chronic disease mukt Bharat and the world’.
