Linkedin acquires Oribi to expand global presence

Linkedin has announced the takeover of Israel-based marketing analytics company Oribi, to further scale its business and help customers get the best out of their products and services. Oribi’s merger with Linkedin will help customers maximize the ROI of their strategies for advertising through getting access to advanced campaign attribution facilities. This will let customers to more easily get insights on website conversions, backed by code-free technology and self- acting tags, creating effectual audiences with enhanced privacy features.
After this merger, many members of the Oribi team, which includes CEO and founder Iris Shoor, are going to join Linkedin and will function from its Tel Aviv office. The advanced analytical capabilities of Oribi’s team will help Linkedin quicken its attribution capabilities in running its business.
Linkedin’s acquisition of Oribi focuses on its objective to deliver solutions connecting organisations with their audiences on the platform, involving around 57 million global businesses who showcase and build their brands on pages, with more than 24000 events being formed each week virtually.
Linkedin has also stated that it will maintain the authority over the data that customers and members decide to share on the platform, following the incorporation of Oribi’s technology with Linkedin.
