Living legends Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth unveil the KOCHADAIIYAAN trailer

The exciting trailer of Superstar Rajinikanth’s much awaited, action packed, performance capture photorealistic film Kochadaiiyaan was recently released. The awe inspiring trailer was unveiled by the ace actor Amitabh Bachchan, a close friend of Rajinikanth.

Post the event, Bachchan Sr. tweeted saying, “Back from the launch of ‘Kochadaiiyaan’, Rajinikanth’s motion capture technology film, made by his daughter Soundarya…INCREDIBLE.” He showered praises on the director, saying that she has shown what a man could not, by making India’s first motion capture film.

The legendary Bollywood actor, Amitabh Bachchan also mentioned, “Women Empowerment !!! India can boast of this achievement, despite the social lacunae that still exists...Kochadaiiyaan by Soundarya”.

The event saw the presence of many renowned personalities like Aishwarya Rai, Jaya Bachchan, Kajol, Shekhar Kapur, Subhash Ghai, R. Balki, Anupam Kher and Ramesh Sippy, among others, who appreciated the work of the debutante director. The film stars Rajinikanth and Deepika Padukone.  Produced by Media One Entertainment & Eros International, Kochadaiiyaan will be in theatres, soon.
