Livspace awards its digital mandate to Performics

Focused on marketing strategy to provide superior customer experience across platforms of communication, Livspace, India and South East Asia’s leading home interiors and renovation platform, has appointed Performics to handle its digital duties. Performics won the Livspace mandate in a multi-agency pitch and will focus on performance marketing solutions to enhance brand footprint.

Performics, an entity under Publicis Media India, specialises in data-driven marketing, media planning, data science and analytics amongst others, all of which are backed by their in-house technology and creative talent. Co-headed by Pallav Jain and Sarfaraz Khimani, Mumbai-based Performics has a diversified client portfolio across a wide strata of businesses, including BFSI, Travel and Media & Entertainment. 

On the appointment of the agency, Kartikeya Bhandari, Chief Marketing Officer, Livspace, said, “Livspace is the beginning of a new paradigm in home interiors in the country. Their mandate is to bring in cross platform data analysis and digital capabilities for Livspace; merge it with creative thinking to result in innovative performance marketing solutions across various online channels for the brand.
