Loop Mobile to compensate it's subscribers for every call drop

Loop Mobile, announces a first of its kind Going for Great Service and Network Challenge for its subscribers in Mumbai. One of unique features of the challenge is that Loop Mobile promises to compensate the subscribers facing a call drop. This is available for both postpaid and prepaid subscribers in Mumbai.

As one of the long-serving operators having completed 15 years of service in Mumbai, Loop Mobile is all geared and committed to provide subscribers much beyond the best. Which is why Loop Mobile has adopted a new brand mantra called Going for Great. As an extension of the brand mantra, Loop Mobile announces a Going for Great challenge which includes fist of its kind network challenge, creating a new benchmark in customer service through Service Guarantee and Best Value Plan providing differentiated and customized tariffs with higher usage and savings for both prepaid and postpaid subscribers in Mumbai.

In case of any call drop, Loop Mobile subscribers will get money back. They would only need to send an SMS NC to 50800 (postpaid) / 50505 (prepaid) and get their money back. Loop Mobile shall reverse minimum 0.50p/minute for every call drop that one may face across Mumbai & Thane. This is 1st of its kind Network Challenge by any operator in India thus gaining the confidence of the subscriber.

Loop Mobile offers a range of best value plans that deliver more usage by lowering the existing monthly bill value. The best value plans offer more talk time, lower call charges, free internet, free mail and more. These customized tariff plans shall give subscribers higher usage within existing bill plan by reducing their bill value or savings as high as 20% from earlier bills.
