Lowe Lintas picks S. Subramanyeswar as National Planning Director

S. Subramanyeswar, better known as Subbu, has joined Lowe Lintas as National Planning Director. Previously, Subbu was National Planning Director at Publicis Communications.

Subbu has spent more than a decade and half in advertising and marketing during which he worked at Rediffusion Y&R, Saatchi & Saatchi, Mudra, Parle and Wipro. Some of the leading brands that Subbu anchored include Citibank, Colgate, Procter & Gamble, General Mills, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Sony Ericsson, Tata Tea, Tata Sky, Nestleand and TVS.

At Publicis, Subbu was a key global planning resource on a number of brand and knowledge initiatives including authoring the "new brief". While at Saatchi, he was awarded "Gold' for being the best strategic planner in Saatchi Asia region in 2006.

A passionate academic that he is, Subbu had just written his first book "Chattering Classes' that deals with building brands in a conversational world.
