Maia appointed as DayAway’s PR representative in the UAE

Maia has been appointed as the GCC PR representative by DayAway. DayAway, with offices in Hongkong, Singapore, and Morocco, offers opportunities for guests to search for and book online daytime experiences at hotels. DayAway will be supported by Maia for its communications strategy and execution after launch and for its UAE launch.
Maia is a communications consultancy which specialises in brands, luxury hospitality and dining.
CEO and founder of DayAway Martha Walsen said about the partnership: “Extending to the United Arab Emirates is a significant landmark for DayAway, where our aspirations are to captivate the community with our focused experiences. It becomes very important in having a partner who comprehends our brand, the local culture as well as the rapidly changing environment, in which a travel tech brand operates. Maia holds an exceptional image in the hospitality sector besides having the modernized point of view and perception that is required by us. We look forward to undertaking thrilling opportunities with them, that will align with this market.”
Shadi Moazami said: “It is very satisfactory to initiate our work with DayAway. We look forward to the chance to learn new things and evolve along with our clients. DayAway already has the reputation of disrupting the hospitality industries in several other markets and it fills us with pride that we can offer assistance to the DayAway team in disrupting the markets in UAE. It is the right partnership for us, with the rapidly evolving portfolio of luxury hospitality brands as well as a creative inspiration to approach things uniquely.”
