Marriott International teams up with Rajasthan Royals for IPL 4

Marriott India Hotels & Resorts has entered into a sponsorship agreement with the Rajasthan Royals team for the fourth edition of the domestic T20 club cricket tournament ' the DLF IPL 2011. The international hotel major will be the principal hospitality sponsors for the team as they tour around India for the games.

Rajasthan Royals will sport the Marriott logo on their on-field jerseys while Marriott will use the Rajasthan Royal team logo in all its promotional activities. This strategic tie-up builds on the ethos of both brands which are poised for future growth. Marriott currently has 12 operating hotels across India with 35 under construction and 6 new properties scheduled to open this year.

In the home state of Jaipur for the Rajasthan Royals team, Marriott will soon open the doors to its brand new stunning property ' Jaipur Marriott. The hotel will showcase its services by catering the food & beverage in the VVIP blocks during the matches.

This association with Marriott and Rajasthan Royals is a synergy of two strong brands coming together in the most exciting format the cricketing world has seen.
