Masai School Launches Its First Digital Ad Campaign

Masai SchoolIndia’s first career-focused alternative education start-up, launches its first-ever digital ad campaign, Career Hai, Compromise Nahi”. True to the proposition of Career Hai, Compromise Nahi, the campaign highlights the compromises Indian youth are expected to make on the career front when choosing a job versus chasing their dream careers.

With the objective of creating awareness, the brand has launched three ad films as part of the campaign which talk about the constraints and fears aspirants face while making career choices, depicted through experiential stories. Common instances like facing apprehensions from friends and family when one shares their ambitions or managing financial constraints have been depicted in light hearted situations, bringing out true insights. The films also highlight Masai School’s unique offerings which enable aspirants to overcome the common challenges in pursuing a career, and choose their dream roles in coding. The offerings include learning a new skill at 0 upfront cost, no registration fees, and an allowance of 15k/month for top performing students which can be repaid later only when you earn INR 5 lakh per annum and above.

Masai School follows the unique ‘study now pay later’ model by integrating the Income Sharing Agreement (ISA) which allows students to pay the course fees after they get a high paying job. This model has proved beneficial to many deserving students by removing the financial barriers to access quality education. Similarly, the company also offers an allowance program to enable students and support their learning in a risk-free environment, without having to worry about ongoing financial commitments.

Speaking about Masai School’s very first ad film campaign, Ankur Kayesth, Senior Vice President of Masai School said, “Our campaign Career Hai, Compromise Nahi” is aimed at talking about the most common fears and judgements job aspirants face in their journey towards pursuing their dream careers. The ad films are also an articulation of the earnest efforts of Masai School to make a difference in the lives of those who wish to pursue a career in coding. Through this digital campaign, we hope to reach out to coding aspirants across the length and breadth of the country and emphasize that with determination and commitment, dreams do come true.”

The campaign was conceptualized by Autumn Grey and directed by Pratap Dhulap.
