Matrimony.com appoints Sankara Narayanan as COO

Matrimony.com, the leader in online matchmaking and marriage services, today announced the appointment of Sankara Narayanan as COO to spearhead the matchmaking business of the company.

Sankara Narayanan has rich experience in General Management, Leadership, Finance, Technology and Change Management. A business leader, he brings over 30 years of rich and varied experience leading large teams across Telecom and Finance domains. Sankara’s academic credentials include executive education from Stanford University, MBA from University of Manchester (UK) and Chartered Accountancy & Cost Accountancy from India. He earlier worked as National Operations Head at Aircel, CEO - Karnataka at Vodafone Essar, Head of Finance & Commercial, of Ranbaxy Guangzhou China Ltd and Head Finance & Commercial - West Africa at Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited.
