Max Bupa supports the Nation’s fight against Covid-19

The outbreak of Covid-19 has impacted People, Governments and Organizations in an unprecedented manner. As a trusted healthcare partner, Max Bupa, one of India’s leading standalone health insurance players, has launched #InsureCare program to not only insure health of its customers but also extend health and wellness services at home during the lockdown period.

 Conceptualized by Isobar India, under the #InsureCare program, Max Bupa is offering wellness services such as e-consultation through which any customer can avail doctor consultation at their home within 30 minutes. Further, Max Bupa has collaborated with SS App by Shilpa Shetty through which customers can take benefits of home workout and health videos, including Yoga and nutrition tips from Shilpa Shetty. Customers can also avail nutrition plans and health coaching services, introduced in partnership with Fitpass.

 In addition, Max Bupa has partnered with leading psychologists in the country to provide support on emotional wellness. The continued lockdown and uncertainty clouding the future can be stressful for many and this initiative will help customers to be emotionally strong during the lockdown period. Besides, any policyholder hospitalised for Coronavirus will be insured under Max Bupa’s hospitalisation plans.

 Further, Max Bupa has built a digital first business and its intuitive and smart digital solutions, are playing a significant role in providing seamless experiences to customers across various touch points. Customers can access platforms such as Chatbot Cia - for accessing policy kit, health card, tax receipts, and claims status; and Max Bupa Health App - to track policy, download policy kit, get tax receipts, locate nearest network hospital, premium payment and process renewals request. The claim process has also been completely digitized and the reimbursement approval will be provided to customers basis soft copies of bills. Moreover, for service providers like hospitals, payments during lockdown period will be processed based on soft copies of the invoices. As a customer centric company, Max Bupa is expediting all claims for speedy and quality treatment.

 Through the #InsureCare campaign which is currently live on the brands social channels, Max Bupa is running a series of relatable video stories which have already garnered more than 1.5 million views so far. It is supported by contextual social media posts and quirky hashtags to show how each one of us can do our bit. The idea is to #InsureCare by coming together to fight, by helping all stay safe, by expressing gratitude and by sharing the right information. To implement this, multiple engagement activities have been launched across digital channels. Through a series of workout sessions featuring Shilpa Shetty, people following Max Bupa on social media were asked to participate in a contest and share their personal workout regime. More than 100 videos have been shared across Max Bupa’s digital platforms in the last 7 days. Besides, Max Bupa has also expressed gratitude to frontline workers by sending special thank you messages for the staff at network hospitals.
