McCann tops OneShow Shortlist, while Mudra does it in One Show Design Shortlist

The OneShow and OneShow Design 2011 have announced its final shortlist entries from India which includes 9 and 15 entries respectively. McCann Worldgroup leads in the One Show category while Mudra leads the charts in OneShow Design category.

In One Show, McCann Worldgroup has participated with entries from clients like Videocon Mobile phones for "The Cascade of books', ATSS Security Solution Provider for "Wireframe' and Bachpan Bachao Andolan for "Ceramic Plate'.

In OneShow Design, DDB Mudra Group India has taken the lead with four entries which are for clients like Electrolux for "Frozen Food', Volkswagen for "Cornering Light' and two from Reach for "Dwarf depression 'Drink'' and for "Helping the Needy'.

Some of the other agencies who have featured in the shortlist are Ogilvy & Mather, Leo Burnett, Rediffusion Young & Rubicam, Creativeland Asia, Contract Advertising, TBWA, M/s Pristine Ideas, Publicis and Asatsu-DK-fortune Communication.

According to the homepage of One Show, The One Show is the premiere international advertising award show which sets the industry standard for creative advertising in print, television, radio, outdoor, innovative marketing, integrated branding and branded content. Each year, work is judged by an international jury of award-winning art directors, copywriters and creative directors. All finalists will be published in the 2011 annual, "The One Show: Advertising's best Print, Radio and TV."

Celebrating its 11th year of honoring excellence in design communications in 2011, One Show Design has become one of the most sought-after accolades in areas such as poster design, corporate identity and collateral. This year's show features expanded broadcast design and spatial design categories to reflect the changing media landscape as per its home page.
