Moderna appoints Kate Cronin as Chief Brand Officer

Moderna Inc. has recently appointed Kate Cronin as Chief Brand Officer of the company, effective July 12, 2021, according to the media reports.

Before joining Moderna, she was working as Global CEO at Ogilvy Health (A WPP Company), Chief Member where she led Ogilvy Health's core capabilities including public relations, brand strategy, advertising, medical education, market access, and patient and consumer engagement.

Kate had joined Ogilvy in 2008 as Global MD, Healthcare Practice & New York Office where she was responsible for leading the global healthcare practice for the NY office and last served as Global CEO at Ogilvy Health. She was associated with the company for over 17 years.

Prior to Ogilvy, she was a partner at Porter Novelli and is also a Founding member of the Ogilvy & Mather “Women’s Leadership Professional Network.”

Kate is also named in top 50 Healthcare Influencers by Medical Marketing & Media (MM&M) and PRWeek and recently inducted into the 2020 MM&M Hall of Femme.
