Since Fury is a milestone film that every movie lover would want to watch, MOVIES NOW has come up with a strategic marketing campaign across all important mediums including television, print, outdoor, online, social media and mobile that will reach out to Hollywood film buffs.

An extensive on-air promo plan, and a meticulously detailed outdoor campaign that will replicate standout scenes from the film in major cities, along with unique social media contests for all MOVIES NOW followers, plus a print campaign are some of the pillars of the 360-degree marketing campaign.

Fury is a World War II film set in 1945 towards the culmination of the war. Based on the lives of the US tank crews in Nazi Germany, the film stars Brad Pitt, Shia LaBeouf, Logan Lerman, Michael Pena and John Bernthal. It has been written and directed by David Ayer, who was inspired to make the film after reading about World War II and the services of war veterans from his own family.

Brad Pitt plays a U.S Army staff sergeant who leads a five-man all-veteran crew – who nicknames him “Wardaddy’ -- in an M4 tank called ‘Fury’. The aptly named tank personifies the all-veteran crew and its leader, and the film narrates their intense and gripping story as they push forward to beat the Germans. The excellent characterizations, their story, and “some of the visually most intense narrative combat footage ever” make Fury an unmissable film.

The movie drew rave reviews from leading publications across the globe, such as: “An impressively solid World War II movie of the kind they don't make anymore”; “Pitt is at the top of his game, playing a man who has forgotten whatever he used to be and has wholly embraced his role in this war” and “Fury … speaks volumes”.

Fury has won and was nominated for several awards. The movie triumphed at the Hollywood Film Awards, Santa Barbara International Film Festival and World Stunt Awards across categories. It was nominated at the Broadcast Films Critic Association for Best Action Movie and Best Actor in an Action Movie, and for Outstanding Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Motion Picture at the Screen Actors Guild awards.

The premiere of Fury makes MOVIES NOW the one-stop destination that airs back-to-back superhits on Indian television. The channel has carved a name for itself by bringing blockbusters such as The Wolf of Wall Street, Olympus Has Fallen and Rush in a long list of gripping movies to make their Indian television premieres on MOVIES NOW.
