MRSS India announces initial 3 key appointments

MRSS India today announced the appointment of Seetha Sethuraman as Senior Director-Client Servicing PHC Group; Deepak Mathur as Director-Client Servicing Customer Loyalty Group and Bhumika Bhuptani as Director- Mystery Shopping Group.

Seetha Sethuraman has over 14 years of experience in Pharmaceutical-Healthcare research; put together her latest assignment at The Nielsen Company and earlier at ORG-MARG. She led the Pharmaceutical-Healthcare IPG at Nielsen India as Director-Client Solutions and was instrumental in diversifying into allied practice segments of medical devices and diagnostics, hospitals and consumer healthcare/ OTC; in addition to a strong base in pharmaceuticals. She was responsible for scaling up the pharmaceutical-healthcare business at Nielsen from being a marginal player to a sizeable and reputed division within the Indian business.

Deepak Mathur has a master's degree in Business Administration. He has undertaken the Advanced Research Training at McKinsey & Co. He has extensive experience in Conceptualizing, Stakeholder and Loyalty Programs. He previously held Senior Positions- Market Probe, NFO, McKinsey and was most recently director at Penn Schoen & Berland Associates.

Bhumika Bhuptani has done her BMM in advertising from Mumbai University and her Post Graduation Diploma in International Business from Symbiosis Pune. She has over a decade of experience in mystery shopping; her expertise lies in Recruitment, Training, Scheduling and Project Management. Her last assignment was at Bare International.

On the three new appointments, Mr. Sarang Panchal, Principal Advisor and Chief Mentor, MRSS India, was quoted saying, " Its indeed great to have Seetha, Deepak and Bhumika as they bring expertise in their respective fields.
