Majestic Research Group recently added social media insights to its research offerings appointing Mr. Priyanko Sinha as Client Servicing Director–Social Insights. Presently, 90% of businesses confirm that Social media is not solely a marketing or broadcasting platform but is used colossally to capture brand response to the incoming queries or complaints which helps to derive key insights from social conversations.
