MRSS strengthen its leadership with new appointments

MRSS India recently appointed Sreyoshi Maitra as Vice President,FMCG; Mr.S.T. Kalairaj as Head Pharma Practice and Mr. Priyanko Sinha as Client Servicing Director, Digital Insights & Marketing.

Sreyoshi Maitra is a seasoned consumer insights professional with 15 years in the business of diagnosing consumer behavior. She comes with a rich and diverse experience in market research techniques having worked across market research agencies. In her last assignment she was leading the Shopper Practice for South Asia at Nielsen. She is an expert in multiple research domains that cover the entire spectrum of a brand's life cycle- eg. consumer segmentation, innovation, brand equity, shopper insights, retail effectiveness and has worked very closely with well known brands and partnered in their marketing and business strategy plans.

Priyanko Sinha has 5 years of relevant and qualitative experience in Social Media Analytics, Social Media Insights, Social Media Monitoring & Listening, Online Reputation Management, Account Management, Client Servicing and Operations Management. He worked as Sr. Manager for Social Media Insights and Online Reputation Management with the responsibilities of 20+ employees in Netscribes India Pvt. Ltd. His expertise lies in Client and Account Management by maintaining highly efficient brand interpersonal relationship and in harnessing the power of Social Media through strong understanding of social platforms and in-depth knowledge of tools & proprietary databases.

S.T.Kalairaj has strong experience in Healthcare/ Pharma and FMCG and has worked in various roles like Market Research, Strategy, Marketing, MIS and Private Equity and has developed a strong network across the Indian Healthcare sector at the Senior Management Level in companies like Ranbaxy, Cadila Pharma, Dr. Reddy’s and Panacea Biotec. He has Instrumental knowledge for key strategic interventions for corporate vision and vision setting, long term and short term planning, Market Entry, Growth strategies, CRM, Sales Force automation, Market assessment, Brand strategies. Prior to that, has played pivot role with marketing consultancies and had interface with top pharmaceutical and healthcare companies for business consulting, market research and Business portfolio management assignments. He Has completed 500+ primary research studies within the pharmaceutical marketing and Healthcare management space.
