Netflix names Rohit Suri as Head of Talent

Netflix has named Rohit Suri as the organisation's new head of talent. His areas of experience include change leadership, corporate transformation, total rewards, restructuring, HR project management, business partnerships, and cultural integration.

Prior to joining Netflix, he was Dentsu International's chief human resources officer for South Asia. Suri's background also includes time spent as the chief human resource and talent officer of GroupM. Prior to joining GroupM, he worked as a vice president of human resources for People Interactive. He has previously worked at One97 Communications (Paytm), Turner Broadcast System, Star India, Krohm Solutions, ABC Consultants, and The Indian Express.

He is a business-focused expert with over 23 years of experience in India, Europe, and Asia Pacific's fast-paced Consumer Internet, Technology, and Media sectors.
