He prides himself in nurturing brands for years like OLX and Micromax, right from their inception. He is also the creative mind behind the popular films of Google - 'Bollywood: The Hero' and #TogetherOnline - First Day. With a desire to tell stories in a more involved way, Shayon founded Amorphous Films two years back. He has produced and directed over 40 advertising films for various brands.

He is a great addition to Network’s core management team and will play a vital role in nurturing the brands.

Vinod Nair, Managing Director of Network Advertising says, “We are extremely fortunate to have a powerhouse of talent like Shayon on board at Network. I am looking forward to seeing his creative leadership in creating work that really works hard for all our brands in the mind space as well as the marketplace."

Shayon says, “As one of the last, big independent and 'integrated communications' agencies in India, Network gives me the opportunity to inculcate a thriving creative culture without the interference of mandate-driven processes. I am very excited to join the agency and I look forward to leading a talented team to create work that shines through."
