Nidhi Razdan leaves NDTV

Nidhi Razdan has left NDTV as the Executive Editor, just three days after the announcement of Sreenivasan Jain ending his three-decade journey with the channel.
Razdan has been serving the channel for more than two decades. For a brief period of time in 2021, she had resigned from the channel, and again came back in February of 2022, in order to be an anchor of the primetime show ‘No Spin’.
She wrote on Twitter “After more than 22 years, it is time to move on from NDTV. It has been a wonderful, roller coaster ride but you have to know when to get off. The next couple of weeks are my last. Thank you for the love and support all these years.”
She is also the author of Left, Right and Centre: The Idea of India, which was published in the year 2017. She had also won the International Press Institute India award for excellence in journalism, for her reportage of the Kathua rape and murder case in Jammu and Kashmir.
In 2021, she said that she fell for a phishing attack in which she was offered a teaching position at Harvard University.
Among other people who have quit the channel after the Adani take-over are journalist Ravish Kumar and Suparna Singh, NDTV Group President.
NDTV founders Radhika Roy and Prannoy Roy also resigned from the company’s board in December of 2022.
