NIIT Technologies appoints Graham Clark as head of Digital Services

NIIT Technologies Limited, a leading global IT solutions organization today announced the appointment of Graham Clark as the head of its Digital Services business. In his new role, Graham will be responsible for spearheading the Company's growth in the digital space globally and will be based in the US.

NIIT Technologies has articulated its Digital focus around Digital Experience, Cloud, Analytics and Digital Integration. The Company has built its capabilities in these segments through products and solutions encompassing multi-channel offerings and mobility solutions, Digital Foresight, a predictive Analytics tool and strategic investment in Incessant  to capitalize on the growing opportunity in Digital Integration, with its intelligent BPM offerings.

Speaking on the appointment, Sudhir Chaturvedi, COO NIIT Technologies said, “Digital is our key focus area and we have been making strategic investments to build market leading capabilities in the domain. Graham brings extensive multi-faceted experience and expertise in Digital which will be instrumental in driving our digital strategy and engagements with our customers.”

In his previous roles Graham has held key leadership positions in companies like Ernst & Young, Capgemini, Bell South, eLoyalty, Touchbase and Isobar (an Aegis Dentsu company) amongst others. In his last role he was Global Head of Customer Experience Management & Transformation at Mphasis. He is a well-respected public speaker, author, blogger and has also established himself as a successful entrepreneur by founding four companies.
