Nilkamal BubbleGUARD is a multi-layer polypropylene board with a unique circular honeycomb structure manufactured with patented European Technology. The airlock technology creates non-collapsible bubbles which provide a cushioning effect to ensure protection. The patented structure results in a high strength - to- weight ratio, making these panels strong and durable yet lightweight.

This revolutionary board is suitable for endless applications. It is scientifically engineered to replace conventional methods of protecting, packaging, panelling and more, with its simplicity of usage. Available in customisable colours, these boards also provide a wide range of processing and laminating possibilities. They can be laminated in-line with a vast range of compatible materials that includes foam, textiles and printed film.

Nilkamal’s BubbleGUARD has launched its specialized revolutionary printing and signage solution – PrintGUARD.

PrintGUARD is a hi-performance, tailor-made, eco-friendly polypropylene based media for the graphics and display industry.

“Customisation is a key to the success of a printing media and we understand this,” says Mr. Mihir H Parekh – AVP Nilkamal BubbleGUARD Division. He adds, “Since inception, the printing industry has grown many folds and reached beyond imagination, because of innovation. We realized, however, that the industry has not seen a breakthrough media that would allow the printers to experiment with colour, texture, laminates or fabrication. Thus we came up with PrintGUARD.”

Its patented design provides a seamless finish with the special matte surface and corona treatment. PrintGUARD is easy to fabricate and is compatible with Flatbed direct digital printing, screen printing and also PVC vinyl and paper lamination. Currently, it is readily available in white colour.
