Nitish Mittersain will take over as Nazara Joint MD-CEO

Nitish Mittersain, founder of Nazara Technologies, will start his new role as the CEO, in the wake of Manish agarwal resigning from the role in order to pursue an entrepreneurial journey.
Sudhir Kamath has joined as the new Chief Operating Officer. He was the founder-CEO of Sparskills Technologies most recently.
Mittersain said: “We are happy that Sudhir has joined Nazara as the COO. He is a business leader who is established, building highperformance teams across ventures, bringing an extensive network of relationships in the gaming world. We are sure that he will make immense contribution in taking Nazara to newer heights with his entrepreneurial mindset and profound operating expertise. I greet him to the Nazara family.”
Manish Agarwal, who is resigning from the company as the CEO, effective from December 1, 2022, will continue his association with the company as a Nazara nominee on the boards of material subsidiaries of Nazara.
Mittersain commented on the same: “I and Manish have been working closely together through the past seven years, in order to build a solid foundation on which Nazara will continue its growth journey in the years to come. My wishes are with him for his future endeavours.”
Nitish Mittersain’s appointment as CEO was recommended by the Nazara Board of Directors, considering his close involvement with and leadership role at Nazara, since its foundation 2000. He will be given the role of Joint MD and CEO of the company with effect from December 1, 2022.
