Nomad picks Pragathi Surana as Producer!

After having spent 9 years working in advertising, Pragathi Surana has joined Nomad Films India as producer. In her last role, Pragathi was the Brand Leader at McCann Erickson, Bangalore. She began her career at Grey Worldiwide, Contract, McCann Bangalore then moved to Mudra before joining McCann Erickson, Bangalore again for her second stint.

 

She has worked on brands such as Louis Philippe, Peter England, Madura Garments Exports, Lee Jeans, Excalibur Shirts, Megamart, Kappa, Bossini, ITC Kitchens of India, ITC Aashirvaad, Britannia, Tata Tea, TVS Scooty, Nalli Sarees and Carbon Jewellery. 

 

What started out as hobby of collecting ads during school paved way for me to join advertising. It took a lot to convince my parents since no family person ever worked in this field. Even till date Iam the only person who works in this profession. After having enjoyed 9 years in advertising, I wanted to explore new territories. I love world cinema and film making really excites me. So decided to join Nomad Films as a producer and my ultimate aim is to produce feature film one day.

 

Pragathi will be working with Amitabh Bhattacharya, Executive producer, Nomad Films India.
