Ola partners with four Indian Super League teams

Ola, India’s most popular personal transportation app, is expected to take the football fever to a new high this season with the Indian Super League (ISL). The company announced that it is the “Official Cab Partner” of four teams playing in ISL namely, Mumbai City FC, FC Pune City, Delhi Dynamos FC and Atlético de Kolkata. The company also announced that it will give away free VIP/VVIP/ Hospitality passes for the games of these four teams on select days to Ola customers, straight from their app.

The ‘Matchday’ icon on the Ola app appears between 2pm and 4pm. Customers simply need to tap on the icon (just like they do to book a cab), and get free tickets delivered to them and cheer for their favorite teams on the match day. Once the booking is done, an Ola cab will deliver 2 tickets at the user's doorstep. Ola customers also stand a chance to win VVIP tickets and meet their favourite ISL player by participating in contests on Twitter using #accesstomatchday by tweeting to @Olacabs.
