PepsiCo's Deepika Warrier joins Diageo India as CMO

Spirit maker, Diageo India has appointed Deepika Warrier as Chief Marketing Officer starting from July 20. SHe shared the news on her LinkedIn. Warrier has spent two decades at U.S beverage and snacking giant, PepsiCo, in various roles in marketing and strategy.

PepsiCo appointed Warrier as MD and CEO of NourishCo Beverages in April 2019, a joint venture between Tata Consumer Products and PepsiCo that launched products in the affordable hydration space.Tata acquired PepsiCo stake in the company two months back.

She is an alumnus of IIM, Banglore and Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi.
