Percept/H strengthens its creative team in Delhi; Picks talent to deliver fresh and out-of-box communication

Percept/H ' Delhi branch has been on a hiring spree of late. The company has strengthen its creative team with the addition of six senior people in copy and five talented and young professionals in art, to give a fresh look and feel to their client's brand communications.

Rajiv Agrawal, who has joined Percept/H as Executive Creative Director in September 2011, will be leading the newly appointed team. With over 16 years in advertising, Agrawal has worked with agencies like Ogilvy, Draftfcb Ulka, JWT and Lowe Lintas prior to joining Percept/H. He spent first nine years of his career in the servicing side. His strength is films and radio. In the course of his career, Agrawal has handled clients like Reckitt Benckiser, Usha International, HCL Beanstalk, LML and Hero Honda during his servicing days, and GSK (Horlicks, Boost), Hero Honda, Monster.com, GE Money, SBI Cards, ESPN, Pepsi portfolio (Pepsi, Slice, Mirinda, Mountain Dew), Lays, and Iodex, to name a few. As the nodal creative head of the Thompson Social division at JWT, he had created various campaigns for UNICEF (Polio, etc.), Ministry of Health, World Bank, Nike Foundation, NACO, and so on. In addition, he also penned the 2009 election campaign for the Congress party. Both the Red Ribbon Express and the Congress campaigns won Silvers at the Effies. As a Creative Director at Lintas, he handled the Havells portfolio, part of Maruti and Dabur, Greenply, Nestle (Polo, Eclairs), Somany Tiles, Shine.com and Nirulas, among others.

Manish Sharma has joined as Associate Creative Director (Copy). He has over 10 years' experience and had worked with Contract, Dentsu and Bates prior to joining Percept/H. Along with his writing skills, Sharma has digital and online communication experience. He has worked on brands like HP, ITC, Nirula's, Max Bupa, Radico, Honda cars & two-wheelers, Canon, Jaypee Greens, Luminous, GPI, NIIT, Dabur, and so on.
