PNB Housing Finance launches new multi-media brand campaign

PNB Housing Finance Limited, the fifth largest housing finance company in India, launched a new multi-media, multi-city brand campaign to position itself as a new-generation home loan provider. The campaign showcases convenient home loan options by PNB Housing, that help customers realize their dream of owning a home and overcome limitations generally associated with rented homes.

The campaign is an extension of the earlier campaign launched in January 2016. Targeted at new age audiences, the latest campaign comprises of three short commercials, which are complemented by digital, print and outdoor mediums..

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Shaji Varghese, Executive Director, PNB Housing Finance Limited said, “Every one dreams to live in an owned house. However, millions of Indians stay in rented accommodations. It is our endeavour to bring home loan solutions to our customers by providing them simple, hassle-free and transparent options. With this campaign, we want to communicate that it is easy to own a house with PNB Housing Finance.”

Mr. Varghese further added, “In the home loan category, most financial institution come up with commercials which talks about almost similar problems and solutions. That is why we needed something which is completely different and which would stand apart from all the other brand communications.

Hence we chose to tell your stories through different animals. We have taken a path of animation and magic realism. Human emotions are expressed through animals to stand apart from the rest giving a unique dimension to housing requirements.”

All three films have different flavors, though their basic communication is the same.

The Chimp film has a young energetic fun loving flavor.

The Penguin film has a flavor of romance.

The elephant film is playful and showcases beautiful bonding between a father and son.

This would give the audiences a sense of variety even in terms of Mood.
