PolicyBazaar appoints Sarbvir Singh as CEO

Fintech company, PolicyBazaar has appointed Sarbvir Singh as Chief Executive Officer. He was previously the Managing Partner at WalterBridge Ventures, a venture capital firm. He will report to Yashish Dahiya who is the Group CEO of PolicyBazaar & PaisaBazaar Group.

Singh has over 20 years of global experience in venture capital, senior corporate leadership positions and public markets investing. He past associations include JP Morgan Private Equity Group, Network18, HomeShop18, and founded Hercules Capital which invested in institutional and private client assets in the Indian equity market. He was the founding managing director of Capital18, the venture capital arm of Network18. Capital18 was a specialist fund focusing on consumer internet, mobile, media and entertainment companies.

Sarbvir is an alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad.
