Pradeep Hejmadi appointed as Head – Business Operations at SET

Pradeep Hejmadi has joined Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) as the Head – Business Operations for Sony Entertainment Television (SET). In his new role, he will be reporting directly to Danish Khan, EVP & Business Head – Sony LIV, SET, and StudioNext.
Rakesh Chakraborty has joined as Head of Fiction Programming, Insights & Strategy for SET. Chakraborty will be reporting to Hejmadi. The strategy & insights team and the fiction programming team will be reporting to Chakraborty. Hejmadi was the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Datacom & Hathway Cable for more than one-and-half years. He has also been the Business Head of ZEE TV and has more than 28 years of experience. Chakraborty has more than 11 years of experience at the Star India Network. He was also the Head of Marketing for Star Plus.
