1. Dev Anand - Taxi Driver

One of the most loved films of Dev Anand, Chetan Anand's Taxi Driver starring the Hindi cinema superstar goes down in history. Released in 1954, the film saw the actor playing the role of a rough and tough taxi driver whose rustic side gets charmed by Kalpana Karthik in the romantic drama.

2. Amitabh Bachchan - Khuddaar

Directed by Ravi Tandon, Khuddaar comes with an ensemble star cast of Amitabh Bachchan, Parveen Babi, Sanjeev Kumar, Prem Chopra, Mehmood, Vinod Mehra, Tanuja and Bindiya Goswami in the lead. The 1982 release starred Big B playing the role of a taxi driver and marked his last project with the late actor Sanjeev Kumar.

3. Aamir Khan - Raja Hindustani

This Dharmesh Darshan directorial starring Aamir Khan and Karisma Kapoor is the story of a super-rich heiress falling in love with a lowly guide and driver. Portraying the role of a taxi driver, Aamir shared a great chemistry with Karisma. His performance in Raja Hindustani is considered to be one of the finest in his more than two decade long career. Pardesi Pardesi continues to be one of the most popular songs of Hindi cinema till date.

4. Ishaan Khatter - Khaali Peeli

Helmed by Maqbool Khan and produced by Ali Abbas Zafar, the masala entertainer features Ishaan playing the role of a taxi driver for the very first time. Starring opposite Ananya Panday, Ishaan has already been making headlines with his rugged avatar and tapori dialect in the film. The teaser of Khaali Peeli has already gone viral and we sure can't wait to see him driving his yellow and black taxi around the City of Mumbai, and take us on a thrilling roller-coaster ride.
