Press Club of India elects Umakant Lakhera as President

The Press Club of India has elected Umakant Lakher as Press Club President, following the elections held on April 10 for a number of positions. Shahid Abbas was elected Vice President and Vinay Kumar as General Secretary.

Chandrasekhar Luthra has been elected as Joint Secretary and Sudhi Ranjan Sen elected as Treasurer including new 16 member managing committee in Press Club of India elections.

The results were announced by MC Sharma, Chief Election Officer, of the Press Club of India.
