Priyanka Sharma quits Schneider Electric, joins Niva Bupa

Niva Bupa has appointed Schneider Electric's Priyanka Sharma as Deputy Vice President - Talent Management and Organisation Development. The announcement was made via a LinkedIn post.

"It’s an end of an era for me…six amazing years at Schneider! 3 different profiles across different entities. Moving from country to global roles…just reflecting on this makes me so feel so grateful to the ocean of opportunities here.

I have been blessed to hold multiple profiles in Learning & Development, Talent Management & OD and finally HRBP for multi-country scope. So many people have played a vital role in my growth here.It’s an end of an era for me…six amazing years at Schneider! 3 different profiles across different entities. Moving from country to global roles…just reflecting on this makes me so feel so grateful to the ocean of opportunities here", Sharma wrote in the post.

"I am now looking forward to my next adventure! I can’t wait to learn and grow during this new chapter of my career!" she added.

Sharma is an experienced HR professional with Talent Management & Learning Solutions being my core strengths. She has worked across industry segments & led diverse projects in the areas of Talent Assessment, Leadership Development, Change Management, Employee Engagement and designing HR systems. Her past experience has been in organizations such as Grow Talent, Right Management, Amway India, with the most recent role being a Talent Management Lead in Schneider Electric India.

Her previous stints include Grow Talent, Amway India and Right Management.
