Publicis Communication & Publicis Media adjudged gender equal by KPMG
Publicis Communication and Publicis Media had commissioned an assessment by KPMG to assess their organisations in terms of pay and executive diversity and inclusivity in the boardroom. KPMG has completed their assessment certified the organisation as gender equal.
Rejoicing the feedback and celebrating its leadership diversity at the highest levels of the C suite, Leo Burnett India has ideated and executed a corporate brand campaign #AllEqual on all their social media platforms and Out-of-Home.
The campaign features top executives from both organisations dressed in drag.
Their Facebook page reads, “Publicis Communications India & Publicis Media India are proud to be certified equal pay organisations and we are committed to building a strong, inclusive and diverse workforce with equal opportunities for all. #AllEqual”.
