Publicis Groupe expands its country model management structure

According to an international publication, in order to organize the business into eight sectors, Publicis Groupe has expanded its country model management structure. Over the last few months, the model was tested in France and the UK. Now, it will be expanded to reorganize North America, UK, France, DACH (Germany, Switzerland and Austria), Northern and Central Europe, Southern Europe, Asia Pacific and Middle East/Africa, and Latin America.

Each sector will be run by a leadership team that will look to cross-pollinate talent in these regions to support the group's 'power of one' model and increase efficiencies in the business. North America is being led by an executive committee, UK is led by Annette King, France is being led by Agathe Bousquet, and DACH by Justin Billingsley. Publicis chief executive Loris Nold will oversee the Middle East and Africa while Publicis One chief Jarek Ziebinski will handle Northern and Central Europe.

To help build this platform, the company has adopted the AI system Marcel to help cross-pollinate its immense talent load to create teams tailored for projects.
