Punit Goenka resigns as non-executive non independent director of Zee Media

Punit Goenka, Managing Director and CEO of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. has resigned as non-executive non independent director of Zee Media Corporation Ltd. The company made the announcement in an exchange filing during market hours on 22 July.

Zee Media Corporation Ltd. is part of Essel Group and owns 14 news channels and some digital properties under its umbrella.
