It is a mobile based channel which works on SMS and USSD (a technology that allows menu based interactive communication). Patrons who book tickets online receive a message soon after the movie is over, for them to rate the overall experience at PVR cinemas- positive or negative. The feedback reaches the concerned department immediately and necessary measures are taken at the earliest opportunity to enhance the customer experience.
