Rajasthan Patrika picks Vijay Trivedi as National Editor at Delhi Bureau

Vijay Trevidei has come home to Rajasthan Patrika, the organization he started his first chapter in Journalism with. He has joined Rajasthan Patrika as National Editor at Delhi Bureau.
Patrika group is today amongst the TOP 2 Hind newspaper groups in India as per latest ABC.
 
Patrika group reaches over 19 million readers across various states as per IRS. The newspaper is growing everyday. Vijay Trevedi believes in the brave journalism practiced by the newspaper over half a century now. 
 
Earlier Vijai Trivedi, 51, was Consulting Editor at NDTV India, India's premiere satellite television channel beamed across South Asia and the Middle East. He is among India's best known and most successful television anchors and journalists. He has won several national awards. Best known for his Political and Parliamentary reporting and hard hitting style of interviewing of the top political leaders and celebrities, he covers President of India, Vice-President of India, Prime minister and Parliament of India. He was also the host of India's most popular shows-Chakravyuh, Aaj ka Agenda, Hotline and Sawaal Aapke, Ravivar Aaina. He’s presently anchoring a weekly show, India This Week, on NDTV India.
 
Vijai Trivedi studied at Maharaja's College in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and did his PG and Journalism course from University of Rajasthan. He writes for many Newspapers and magazines in Indian languages. Earlier he has anchored programmes in Zee TV, Doordarshan of India AIR. He started the chapter of journalism with Rajasthan Patrika and has also worked with NavBharat Times, Jaipur, India Today. His articles have been published in several magazines like Dinman, Dharmyug, Saptahik Hindustan, Ravivar, etc. He shifted to Television with Vinod Dua’s ‘Parakh’. He was the first person recruited by NDTV to manage the Hindi division. He has travelled across the country and visited many countries like France, Germany, Spain, Pakistan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Egypt etc.
 
He has held the position of Joint secretary of Press Advisory committee of Lok Sabha. He is also the Chairman of Leaders for Tomorrow, a not for profit youth based NGO which aims at awakening the social consciousness of youth by encouraging them in volunteerism and personality development. And he’s the Editor-in-Chief of Development Channel, India’s first development news portal
